Route to the Derriscaderos Reserve
This Saturday September 21 we invite you to a simple hike in the Derriscaderos Nature Reserve in the south of the island (industrial polygon de Granadilla).
This place is known for its unusual rock formations that have been shaped by erosion over thousands of years. The trail passes through caves, walls, and lava fields, with an ascent through the Las Monjas gorge and a descent via La Mula on quiet paths.
The hike is suitable for people of all fitness levels, including beginners.
The maximum number of participants is 20 people. Age: from 9 years old and up.
Total distance: about 9 km. Elevation gain on the ascent: 170 meters. On the descent: the same. The route is circular, beautiful, and scenic throughout.
