Teno — the wild west of Tenerife
Teno Rural Park is one of the most striking mountain areas on the island. Roads wind in hairpins between steep slopes, and the massif is cut by some of the deepest ravines on Tenerife. The landscape keeps changing: forest, rocky ridges, small villages, volcanic walls and wide views over the Atlantic.
Above the Ravines
A panoramic route through the Teno mountains above the deep ravines of the island's western side. Wooded stretches give way to open ridges, and from height the complex relief of Teno and its neighbouring canyons is clearly visible.
The Stone Window Above the Atlantic
A mountain route in the area of the Los Gigantes cliffs, leading to a large natural arch in the volcanic rock. Along the way there are views of the Atlantic, the western coast and the powerful relief of Teno.
