Who it is for

Enough endurance for several consecutive walking days, including two reference stages close to 30 km. No technical mountaineering experience is required, but realistic preparation for repeated long-distance walking is important. Comfort with asphalt, firm surfaces, mixed walking terrain and changing coastal conditions. Cumulative effort is a defining part of the route even though the terrain is not technical mountain terrain.
